SALAD PREPARATION (Vegetable Salad)

Ingredients:

Fresh Tomatoes

Green Pepper

Cabbage

Cucumber

Bake Beans

Boiled Fish

Carrot

Boiled Egg

Onion

Mayonnaise



METHOD:

Boil the fish with seasoning, salt, onion, then slice the cabbage, cucumber, carrot, tomatoes and green pepper.

Slice the boiled fish and egg, then open the baked beans and mix with the above vegetables.

Apply the salad cream, add sliced egg and fish
